Delaware is one of the best states in the country to create high-paying jobs and promote innovation-friendly policies, according to the Consumer Technology Association’s (CTA) 2017 Innovation Scorecard.
Each year, the CTA scores states on ten innovation indicators, including encryption and privacy; immigration of knowledge workers and protection against discrimination; the encouragement of new technology and industries, such as self-driving cars and the sharing economy, and many more policy issues.
Delaware made the top ten again this year, based on several factors:
